By accessing the website, registering an account, or purchasing any products from BioPep ONE, you (the “Purchaser”) expressly agree to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement (the “Agreement”). Please read this document carefully, as it significantly affects your legal rights.

1. Assumption of Risk The Purchaser acknowledges and fully understands that the products sold by BioPep ONE are strictly for laboratory research and development purposes. These chemicals may possess inherent hazards and unknown biological or chemical properties. The Purchaser voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the handling, storage, transportation, use, and disposal of these products, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, illness, death, or property damage.

2. Strict Adherence to “Research Use Only” (RUO) The Purchaser hereby certifies, under penalty of perjury, that:

• All products purchased from BioPep ONE will be used exclusively for laboratory research and will NOT be used for human consumption, animal testing, therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical purposes.

• The products will not be added to food, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics.

• The Purchaser is a qualified researcher or represents a legitimate research institution equipped with the necessary safety protocols to handle laboratory-grade chemicals.

3. Waiver and Release of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Purchaser hereby waives, releases, and forever discharges BioPep ONE, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, causes of action, damages, costs, or expenses—whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—arising out of or related to the purchase, handling, misuse, or application of the products. This release applies regardless of whether the injury or damage is caused by the Purchaser’s negligence or by any other party.

4. Indemnification and Hold Harmless The Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BioPep ONE and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, lawsuits, regulatory fines, penalties, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or resulting from:

• The Purchaser’s breach of any term in this Agreement, the Terms and Conditions, or the Disclaimer.

• The unauthorized, unlawful, or improper use, storage, or distribution of BioPep ONE products.

• Any violation of local, state, federal, or international laws and regulations governing these compounds by the Purchaser.

5. Legal Compliance The Purchaser assumes full and sole responsibility for determining the legality, regulatory status, and permissibility of importing, possessing, and researching these products within their specific jurisdiction. BioPep ONE makes no representations regarding the legal classification of its products outside of its immediate operating jurisdiction.

6. Binding Effect This Agreement shall be binding upon the Purchaser, their heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assigns. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

7. Age Verification The Purchaser acknowledges and confirms that they are at least 21 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into this binding Agreement.

Acknowledgment of Agreement By completing a purchase on the BioPep ONE website, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to be bound by the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement.
